At ABYSS Headphones, we strive for perfection in every sonic detail; if your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. All returned items must be in original, mint condition with all packaging and accessories included to qualify.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your headphones in their original luxury case and shipping box to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.
- 3.Ship to ABYSS
Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier to send your package to our facility, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once received, our technicians will inspect the hardware for original condition, after which your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
